All quotes are estimates unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, materials, and requested changes. Payment terms will be stated on your invoice or service agreement.

Customers must provide safe access to installation areas and ensure all electrical outlets used for lighting meet local codes. Any pre-existing property conditions affecting installation (e.g., damaged gutters, loose shingles) are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on LEDElves.com, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by Led Elves LLC or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Led Elves LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or Site. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant service.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the quality of our installations. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Site operation. All warranties are limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made within the time frame specified in your service agreement. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on scheduling, materials purchased, or project status.
